Sandra Simon is a dedicated leader with over 27 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Qualified Developmentally Disabled Professional (QDDP), Sandra has spent decades developing and implementing person-centered care plans, establishing and overseeing day support and residential service programs, and training staff to provide compassionate, high-quality support. She believes in empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives and fostering inclusive communities. Sandra’s leadership and commitment continue to make a lasting impact in the lives of those she serves.
Darla Carter is a dedicated advocate for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). With over two decades of experience in nursing to include: administration and leadership, school nursing, special needs care and psychiatry, she has been instrumental in developing programs that ensure compassionate, person-centered care. As Director of Operations, she champions inclusive health initiatives, crisis intervention, and staff education to enhance the well-being of individuals with IDD.
